Gravity Forms allows you to enable ‘Select All’ option from form editor for checkboxes. But there is no direct option that let you choose what text should be used for this option. Although ‘Select all’ is a pretty good label but in some cases, you might want to change it to something according to your form.

Change ‘Select all’ for all the forms on your site
