Customizer lets you live preview changes before applying them. But some themes and plugins either rename or hide this option from WordPress settings. Here are the three methods using which you can access customizer
From Admin bar
When you are logged into your WordPress dashboard as an ‘administrator’ then you will see admin bar whenever you open any of the pages in frontend.
Customizer can be opened from Admin Bar -> Customize option.
Divi by Elegant Themes renames it to ‘Theme Customizer’ and moves it under the site title in admin bar.

From WordPress Dashboard
You can also open customizer directly from your WordPress dashboard. Go to Appearance -> Customize and this will load the customizer for you.

From Gravity Forms Edit Form Page
This option is only available if you have installed and activated Gravity Forms and Styles & Layouts for Gravity Forms plugin. To open the customizer do the following steps.
Go to Forms menu and then click edit on the form you want to design. Now click on the ‘Styles & Layouts’ option. This will automatically open the customizer for you.
