Toggle switches are a great way to make your checkbox and radio inputs more interactive. A well-designed form will always convert more as compared to one that doesn’t look attractive. Gravity Forms doesn’t have inbuilt functionality to convert checkboxes and radio buttons to toggle switches. However, with the help of Checkbox and Radio Styler plugin, you can easily achieve this without coding. Enable Toggle Switches with Checkbox & Radio Inputs Styler

Checkbox and Radio Styler for Gravity Forms is a feature-rich plugin that allows you to convert beautiful and customizable toggle inputs.

Plugins Required

Steps to Enable Toggle Switches

  • From your WordPress dashboard navigate to Forms -> Booster. 
  • Select the form for which you want to enable toggle switches.
  • Now go to the Checkbox & Radio panel and then the Checkbox or Radio section depending upon which you want to convert into switches.
  • Check the Enable Custom Checkbox option.
  • Now from the Checkbox Type dropdown select the switch option. You will immediately get a preview of how your switches will look.
  • You can also change the type of switches to outline, fill, or slim.
  • It is also possible to have a separate color for those checkboxes/radio toggles that are selected and unselected.
  • Animations that occur when the state of toggle changes can be selected from the Animations Dropdown. You can have smooth, jelly, tada, rotate, and pulse as animations.

After you have made all the changes and are happy with the design, then click on the Publish button to make changes live.

Exclude Certain Checkboxes and Radio from Toggle Switches Design

Once you enable the Toggle design for the checkbox and radio inputs then it gets applied to all the fields present in the form. However, it is also possible to exclude certain fields from this design and show the default checkbox and radion input for them.

Steps to Exlude Certain Checkboxes & Radio Inputs

  • Navigate to the Checkbox & Radio panel from the Gravity Booster interface.
  • Inside the form preview click on the checkbox or radio field for which you want to disable the toggle switch interface.
  • Check the Exclude this field option.
  • Save the changes and that field won’t show the toggle switches interface.
