You can bulk edit multiple fields using Bulk Actions for WPForms. Once you have installed and activated the plugin then follow the steps below to edit various settings for form fields.
- Navigate to Forms -> Ultimate Kit from your WordPress dashboard.
- Now select the form for which you want to bulk edit the form fields.
- Go to the Bulk Actions panel.
- Now select the form fields that you want to edit in bulk. You can select multiple fields by pressing the Ctrl key on your keyboard and then clicking on the fields.
- Click on the Edit button to bulk edit the selected fields. You will get the following settings in the edit pop-up.
- Edit Mode: You can switch between individual and bulk modes. In individual mode, you get a separate group of settings for each selected field. In Bulk mode, you get only one setting group for all the selected fields, and any changes will apply to all the selected fields.
- You also get options to update field label, description, CSS Classes, placeholder, required, and label visibility settings.
- At the bottom right corner, you get buttons for Done and Cancel.
- Once you have made updates to the form fields, click on the Save button to make your changes live.
