Bulk Actions for WPForms comes with a drag-and-drop feature. It lets you move many selected fields quickly. Fields can shift on the same page or across pages. You can also merge fields from many pages into one spot. Follow these steps to use the feature.
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to WPForms → Ultimate Kit.
- Pick the form you want to edit.
- Open the Bulk Actions panel.
- Select one field or many fields.
- Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) + Click to pick one by one.
- Hold Shift + Click to pick a range.
- Each field has a drag grip on the left. Use it to drag the fields.
- When you drag, drop zones are visible after each field.
- Move your fields to the spot you want and drop them on the “Drop selected fields” mark.
- Fields from different pages can also be moved to one place using the same method.
When your edits are done, click Save and check the changes on the frontend.
