On multipage forms created using WPForms, you can automatically move users to the next page once they have filled the last field on the current form. The navigation to the next page is almost instant, creating a smoother experience for users and reducing the total number of clicks required in the form.
This is all possible without any coding with the help of PowerUps for WPForms. Follow the steps below to enable auto progression to the next page on your forms.
- Log in to your website’s backend and then navigate to Forms -> Ultimate Kit.
- Select the multi-page form for which you want to enable auto move to the next page.
- Now navigate to the Power Ups panel and find the Auto Move to Next Page section.
- Click on the Settings button, and you will be presented with the following options
- Enable: Use this setting to enable or disable auto move to the next page power-up.
- Hide Next Button: If this checkbox is checked, then the next button won’t be visible in the form. To move between the pages, users will solely rely on the auto-move feature.
- Disable Auto Move on Pages: There can be pages on which you may not want to enable the auto progression to the next step. You can select the page fields on which you want to disable it.
- Once you have updated the settings, click on the Save button to make your changes live.
It’s time to test the auto move to the next page on your multi-page WPForm. Simply open the page on the frontend of your website and fill in the forms.
