Tooltips for Gravity Forms let you create your theme without the need for any code. You can customize colors, font size, border, etc, with ease.
To create your custom theme, follow the steps below
- Go to Forms -> Booster from your website’s backend.
- Select the form for which you want to create a custom theme.
- Now, navigate to the Tooltips panel and check the Enable Tooltips option.
- Make sure you have added a tooltip for any of the field labels or choice inputs so that you can see your changes directly in the form preview.
- Now, under Tooltip Theme, select the custom option. Now you will be presented with multiple styling options like
- Tooltip Background Color: This is the background color of the tooltip container. You can set its value using the color picker or the hex code.
- Font Size: It’s the size of the text inside the tooltip container.
- Tooltip Font Color: You can set the color of the tooltip text. Make sure there is enough contrast between the background color and color so, the text is easy to read.
- Border: Set the border width/size for the tooltip container.
- Border Radius: Sets the border radius for the tooltip container.
- Tooltip Arrow color: Set the color of the arrow that appears between the tooltip icon and the tooltip container when the tooltip is visible.
- Once you have designed the tooltip theme to your liking, click on the Save button.
